Sales Tax
Orders being shipped within Texas will have 8.25% sales tax added to the order.  Sales tax is not collected for orders shipped to other states.

Order Process
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation via e-mail. The subject of this e-mail is:  “Your the la bella boutique Order”.  For your convenience, this e-mail will confirm that your information was successfully captured by our Web site - it will not confirm stock, status or show price adjustments.

Order Tracking
Within 48 hours of placing your order, your order status will become available online.

You may check your order tracking anytime to receive your expected shipping date and tracking number. Your information can be retrieved by entering your order confirmation number.

My Bag Is Empty
If you're having trouble checking out, it may because your Internet browser is set to not accept cookies. Changing this setting will allow you to complete the checkout process.

Cookies are not harmful to your computer and cannot contain a virus.

If your cookies are turned on, there may be other reasons why you are unable to complete the checkout process:
1)  You may be running software that interferes with cookie usage. Filtering and blocking software often filters out cookies.
2)  Your firewall or proxy server may be blocking the transmission of cookies - this scenario most commonly occurs at workplaces. If you are shopping from work, we encourage you to try shopping with us at home or your local library.

What is a CID or CVV2 number?

It is the unique three or four digit Customer Identification number on the back of your credit card. For American Express, it is a flat printed four digit number above your account number on the front of the card.



When will my order ship?
In-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours.

When will my order arrive?
In-stock orders are delivered within 7-10 days, unless a quicker ship method is chosen.

Can I get my items more quickly?
For delivery within 3 business days, please add $7.95 to our standard shipping charge.
For next day delivery, please add $14.95 to our standard shipping charge.

Check your Order Status to receive your expected shipping date and tracking number.

Processing/Shipping Charges
All orders to Alaska and Hawaii, excluding direct ship items, will be shipped via air service and you will be appropriately charged. For more information on this, or other shipments to U.S. Territories and international destinations, please contact customer care at 972.480.9317 for details.

Some items require a freight surcharge in addition to the regular processing/shipping charge, indicated in the product description.

If shipping to multiple addresses, shipping is calculated per “ship to” address.

Freight Surcharge
The la bella boutique delivers convenient, quality service with all shipments. Oversize and extra-heavy items require additional care in processing and shipping. A freight surcharge is applied to all oversize and extra-heavy items. If a freight surcharge is applied, it is denoted in the product description. Thank you.

Outside the US
How to Place an AK, HI or International Order: Please call 972.480.9317 for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or other international destinations to place your order.

AK, HI and International Processing/Shipping Charges: If you choose to place your order via our Web site, please note that shipments outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. will have additional processing/shipping charges not immediately reflected on your Internet order receipt total. You will be contacted within 2 to 3 business days with an accurate processing/shipping quote.

PO Box, APO or FPO Address
We apologize, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If there is any difficulty shipping your items to your APO/FPO address, we will contact you within 2 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

The la bella boutique is committed to providing quality products at affordable prices and our goal is for you to be completely happy with every purchase. However, should you need to exchange an item, please carefully pack the unopened and unused item (must be received in resalable condition) in the original shipping box, including a copy of your Packing Slip and follow these easy steps:

1.        Contact us at 972.480.9317 or info@thelabellaboutique.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to notify us you wish to make an exchange. Exchanges cannot be received without prior authorization.

2.        You will be assigned a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the address to use when returning the product. Your RA# will be sent to you via email with a confirmation approval for the exchange. This RA# MUST appear on the outside of your package, as well as, inside the package with the product. This assures your product is received and processed properly.

3.        Please send your package Insured Mail via U.S. Postal Service, UPS or DHL. Make sure the item is protected and packed well. If possible, please use the original packaging that the item was shipped in. We cannot process exchanges for goods received damaged due to improper packaging. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so we recommend that you request tracking of your return.

Customers are responsible for return freight fees. We apologize that the la bella boutique cannot credit any outgoing or incoming shipping fees, as this service is provided by another.

Note: Credit is given for merchandise only. We apologize, however, we will not accept exchanges on skincare, wellness products or fragrances.

Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect, or miss-shipment will not be approved for exchange.

By placing an order, you agree to the la bella boutique policies.

Damaged/Incorrect Order
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please refer to the  exchange policy above and return your item in the same manner.
